Sites are available for sale, freehold. The sites will be sold with outline planning consent for employment uses (classes B1, B2 and B8) and also with an agreed Design Brief by the local planning authority clearly setting out parameters for elements of external building design and landscaping, etc.

The prices are based upon £150,000 for a site of 0.25 acres and on a pro rata basis for sites of different sizes, and subject to contract. VAT and stamp duty will be in addition. Larger sites are available.
