The estate roads are now in situ, and the sites are ready for construction to start. The remaining sites can be further sub-divided to provide plots from 0.25 acres. Ventura Park will have an extremely high degree of landscpaing, with further tree planting around the preimeter, and also within the Park, along the estate roads.
