Ventura Park is an exciting new business opportunity, promoted by Bulldog Properties Ltd., a local privately-owned property company. Bulldog Properties saw that the requirements of the small to medium-sized businesses in Oxfordshire were not being met by the available commercial properties, and that businesses should have the opportunity to build what they need.

The Concept is very simple: a company can purchase a site from as little as 0.25 acres (approx), which will be fully-serviced with road and utilities (specification available on request) connected. The sites will be sold with outline planning consent for employment use (Classes B1, B2 and B8) and with a Design Brief agreed with the local planning authority, setting standards for the appearance and design of buildings.

The owners of the site are then free to pursue their own detailed planning consent and commission their own building.
